How long does prepared formula last?
Ideally, prepare a bottle just before feeding. Unused formula is good for 2 hours at room temperature or 1 hour once feeding has begun. Discard any remaining formula after feeding.

*To avoid damaging the natural lactic acid cultures, do not prepare the formula with water that is too hot.
1 level scoop = approx. 4.3 g. Standard preparation: 12.9 g powder + 90 ml water = 100 ml of ready-to-drink formula. One scoop of powder needs 30 ml of water. One pack makes 46 bottles of 100 ml. In the 1st–2nd week, follow the table unless your doctor recommends otherwise. From the 5th month you can start complementary food in consultation with your paediatrician or midwife; with every new, fully introduced complementary meal, one bottle feed should be dropped. Every baby is different: the amounts and number of feeds per day are guidelines only, and your baby does not have to finish the bottle.
