Same-Day shipping

Recognizing the importance of having formula readily available for your baby, we offer same-day shipping for orders placed before 1 pm CET (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders made after 1 pm will be dispatched the following day. Weekend orders (Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped on the subsequent Monday. Anticipate the delivery of your order within 2 - 10 business days, with an average delivery time of 3 business days.

Import Duty and Customs

As the recipient serves as the importer of record, compliance with all laws and regulations of the destination country is imperative. Orders sent outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. The international recipient may incur these charges upon the shipment's arrival. Additional costs for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Organic Formula Warehouse lacks control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Customs policies vary, prompting you to contact your local customs office for detailed information. When customs clearance procedures are mandated, delays beyond our initial delivery estimates may occur. It's essential to note that Organic Formula Warehouse disclaims responsibility for local rules and regulations pertaining to our products sold to customers outside of The Netherlands, as that falls under the recipient's responsibility.

Return Policy

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges. This stringent policy is in place to ensure that every product sold in our store remains unopened, undamaged, and untouched by anyone other than our trained staff and trusted couriers.

Understanding that babies can be selective eaters or may not tolerate a new formula brand, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the chosen brand doesn't work out, we provide a store credit for one unit, allowing you to explore another option at no additional cost. To claim your store credit, please reach out to us at, and our team will assist you in finding the right brand for your little one.

Incorrect Orders

Despite our meticulous order processing, errors can occur. In the event of an incorrect order, we will promptly replace it or issue a refund if the item is out of stock. Your refund should reflect in your account within 48 hours. To report an incorrect order, kindly email us within 3 days of receipt, including a photo of the received order. We will then dispatch the correct order and provide a shipping label for the return of the inaccurate product, along with its packing slip.

Damaged Products

While we take utmost care in packing orders securely, occasionally, boxes may sustain damage during transit. If you receive a product with a damaged box, can, or packaging, don't worry – most items can still be used. Verify that the pouch inside the box is sealed or, for cans, ensure the lid is intact (even if the can is dented). In such cases, the formula remains 100% safe to use.
